Email Alert
Due to the deluge of unsolicited and unwanted spam in email boxes, spam filters can prevent our emails from getting to you. As this is our main avenue of communication to our exhibitors, please add these email addresses as a "Safe Sender" in your email service. You may have to check your junk mail box occasionally to find us. Exhibitor bulletins, announcements, show updates and other pertinent exhibitor information will be sent to the email address you provide; please help us make sure it arrives in your inbox.

List Scam Alert

Do not get scammed. Companies are representing themselves as the agent for distributing the attendee list for The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo, and have contacted exhibitors and partners, and likely companies outside our exhibiting list, to solicit list rental or list selling of the The International Surface Event attendee list. The International Surface Event is the only intellectual property owner of lists and data pertaining to The International Surface Event and does not distribute the list. No other company is authorized to distribute or sell any lists for the event. If you have questions or receive this type of communication, please email to the show team.

Show Program Alert
As an exhibitor, you receive a listing in our show program and event guide at no charge. Regarding: Fair Guide, Fairguide.com, World Company Directory, Construct Data, and AUMA You may have recently received correspondence from the above-mentioned companies that referenced The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo trade event. The company that sent this letter requested that you update your contact information in order to “keep the Fair Guide up-to-date” and will invoice you for their services at a later date. These Fair Guides are not part of The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo publication or website. The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo is in no way involved with or in business with Fair Guide, Fairguide.com, World Company Directory, Construct Data, or AUMA. If you sign the agreement,  you are obligated to an international company and a three-year term. We do not send a written confirmation of your show program and event guide listing. Hotel Booking Alert
Several housing agencies have represented themselves as the hotel booking agents for The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo, and have contacted exhibitors and likely attendees to solicit hotel reservations. onPeak is the only official housing agent of The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo.  No other housing company or travel agent is authorized to place hotel reservations for the event. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by the The International Surface Event (TISE): SURFACES | StonExpo | TileExpo and may result in a loss of deposit, additional charges, incorrect placement, or inflated room rates. Please use the online hotel reservation system or official housing forms on this website to avoid confusion, additional charges, and unsatisfactory service.

The International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) is pleased to announce it has been working with the FTC to confirm it has stopped the Construct Data/Fair Guide scam that many IAEE members have received and asks members to forward any solicitations received since February to [email protected]. The full announcement can be found here.
